Inauguration of the updated kitchen at Vivekananda Hostel Puttur.

Vivekananda Institution is not the property of an individual. It is such an organization being run by the cooperation of many members of the society for the development of students.

The President of Vivekananda Vidyawardaka Sangh, Prabhakar Bhat said, that, “the children who come here from many places and take shelter in the hostels should feel as their home.
All the work related to the hostel is important.

Children and parents will respect the institution only when all the arrangements are done properly” . He also added, that, the cooperation of all members is important for building such an environment and shaping the personality of children.

In the program, uniforms were distributed to the waitresses and cooks.

On this occasion, Dr. K M Krishna Bhat, Secretary of Vivekananda Vidyawardaka Sangh, Treasurer Achyut Naik, President of Board of Directors of Vivekananda Hostel Ramesh were present on the stage. Members of the Board of Directors of Vivekananda Group of Institutions, Principal, hostel Warden were also present in the program. Sivakumar, Secretary of the Management Board of Vivekananda Hostel delivered an address. Akshatha (student) sang a devotional song. Chief hostel Warden Chetan welcomed the gathering and hostel Warden Geethashree felicitated the guests. Warden Varsha presided the inauguration function.
